Epom Account Management

We provide free account management for all clients of Epom Enterprise solution during set-up or migration to Epom ad serving platform from other ad serving solutions. The process of migration, system configuration, team training and finding solutions for ongoing issues will become easy, due to Epom account managers’ assistance.

Support options

There are two SLA levels available for customers. Our classic package is free and available for all Epom Ad Server and/or Epom Market clients, and Epom Support Engineers always do their best to respond to all clients’ inquiries AQAP. Premium packages are designed for clients, who require additional priority support options.
