# Delete a label

`DELETE https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/label/{labelId}/delete.do`

Permanently deletes the label identified by labelId from the system. This action cannot be undone. The deletion is recorded in the action log for audit purposes. Requires the LABELS_MANAGEMENT permission.

## Path params

## Responses

- `200` — Label deleted successfully
- `400` — Bad request — invalid or missing parameters
- `401` — Authentication error
- `403` — No access to labels management
- `404` — Label not found
