# Delete a publisher payout

`DELETE https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/site/{siteId}/payouts/{paymentId}.do`

Removes a payout of the site, as the Remove payment button of Network Finances → Publishers Payments does: every publisher balance record from the payout's month to the current one is adjusted back by its amount. Payouts cannot be edited in the console; delete and add again to correct one. Requires the NETWORK_BILLING_MANAGEMENT and PUBLISHERS_PAYMENTS permissions; without inventory VIEW at ALL level the site must be shared with the caller.

## Responses

- `200` — Payout removed: {success, siteId, paymentId}
- `400` — Bad request — invalid or missing parameters
- `401` — Authentication error
- `403` — The caller lacks one of the required permissions
- `404` — No such site or payout, the payout belongs to another site, or the site is not shared with the caller
