# Get publisher balances

`GET https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/network/management/get-publishers-balance.do`

Returns publisher balance records for a given month, including payouts and amounts to be paid. Results can be filtered by publishing category and activity status. Requires the NETWORK_BILLING_MANAGEMENT and PUBLISHERS_PAYMENTS permissions.

## Query params

| Name | Type | Required | Example | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| `year` | integer | yes | `2026` | Year to get balances for |
| `month` | integer | yes | `3` | Month to get balances for (1-12) |
| `categoryId` | integer | no | `5` | Filter by publishing category ID (-1 for uncategorized) |
| `onlyWithActivity` | boolean | no | `true` | If true, only return publishers with payouts or amounts due |

## Responses

- `200` — Publisher balances returned successfully
- `400` — Bad request — invalid or missing parameters
- `401` — Authentication error
- `403` — Not enough permissions
