# Get placement daisy chaining

`GET https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/placements/{placementId}/chaining.do`

Returns the daisy chaining (ad waterfall) configuration for the specified placement, including the ordered priority list of campaigns or banners, lookup depth, and the chain options the setup endpoint sets (viewPerEntityEnabled/viewPerEntityCount, rotatingEnabled/rotatingCount, groupByDeliveryPriority). The chaining type can be either Banner-level or Campaign-level, and may optionally group entries by delivery priority (Premium, Standard High, etc.) and country. While grouped, deliveryPriorityFilters lists the delivery priorities kept in the chain with their countries ('*' for every country), as set through /rest-api/placements/{placementId}/chaining/delivery-priority-filter.do. placementId and enabled are returned as the setup endpoint answers them; with daisy chaining off the answer is {placementId, enabled:false, daisyChains:[]}. Requires ENABLED or READONLY level on the DAISY_CHAINING permission and VIEW permission on the parent site's inventory.
