# Get video creatives not served on a placement

`GET https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/placements/{placementId}/video-compliance.do`

For a video placement whose site has video creative requirements switched on: every linked banner with an uploaded video file (LOCAL_VIDEO, or the best file of ADVANCED_LOCAL_VIDEOS) and whether that file meets them — compliant false means the banner stays linked but is not served here, with each failed requirement in violations. notServed counts those banners; banners is empty when the site has no requirements or they are switched off. External video, VAST tags and DSP bids are never checked and are not listed. Requires VIEW on the placement's site and the SITE_VIDEO_CREATIVE_REQUIREMENTS permission (enabled or read-only).

- `400` — Bad request — invalid or missing parameters
