# Get mobile carrier values by country

`GET https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/targeting/mobile-carrier/bycountry/values.do`

Returns available mobile carrier names for mobile carrier targeting, grouped by country code. If a country code is provided, only carriers for that country are returned; otherwise all carriers grouped by country are returned. The response is a JSON object with country codes as keys and arrays of carrier names as values. Requires MANAGE_DEMAND_TARGETING permission.

| `countryCode` | string | no | `US` | Optional ISO country code to filter mobile carriers by country (e.g., US, GB, DE), under the name the other targeting value operations use |
| `country` | string | no | `US` | The same filter under its older name; countryCode wins when both are sent |

## Responses

- `200` — Success
- `400` — Bad request — invalid or missing parameters
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
- `500` — Internal server error
- `503` — The geo service did not answer
