# Create advertiser API JSON field targeting

`POST https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/advertiser/{advertiserId}/targeting/api-json-field/create.do`

Creates an API JSON field targeting rule for the specified advertiser. This rule calls an external API URL and matches a specific JSON field in the response against the expected value. Targeting is automatically enabled if it was previously disabled. Requires UPDATE permission on the advertiser and API_JSON_FIELD targeting permission (TARGETING_API_JSON_FIELD).

## Responses

- `500` — Internal server error
