# Create advertiser app package targeting

`POST https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/advertiser/{advertiserId}/targeting/app-package/create.do`

Creates an application package name targeting rule for the specified advertiser. The rule matches ad requests from mobile apps with the specified package identifier (e.g., com.example.app). Targeting is automatically enabled if it was previously disabled. Requires UPDATE permission on the advertiser and MANAGE_DEMAND_TARGETING user permission.
