# Create advertiser browser targeting

`POST https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/advertiser/{advertiserId}/targeting/browser/create.do`

Creates a browser targeting rule for the specified advertiser and enables targeting if it was previously disabled. Optionally accepts a version relation and browser version to create version-specific targeting. Returns the created targeting rule as JSON. Requires BROWSER targeting permission and UPDATE permission on the advertiser.

| `browserVersion` | string | no | `80` | Optional browser major version number (e.g., '30'). Old-style versions like '30.0' are supported but only the major version is applied |

## Responses

- `200` — Success
- `400` — Invalid targeting value
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
- `404` — Advertiser not found
- `500` — Internal server error
