# Create advertiser domain targeting

`POST https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/advertiser/{advertiserId}/targeting/domain/create.do`

Creates a referrer domain targeting rule for the specified advertiser. The rule matches ad requests based on the referring domain of the page. Targeting is automatically enabled if it was previously disabled. Requires UPDATE permission on the advertiser and MANAGE_DEMAND_TARGETING user permission.
