# Create advertiser WiFi traffic targeting

`POST https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/advertiser/{advertiserId}/targeting/wifi-traffic/create.do`

Creates a WiFi traffic targeting rule for the specified advertiser. The rule filters ad requests based on whether the user is connected via WiFi. Use INCLUDE to target only WiFi traffic, or EXCLUDE to target only cellular/mobile data traffic. Requires UPDATE permission on the advertiser and MANAGE_DEMAND_TARGETING user permission.
