# Create site domain targeting

`POST https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/site/{siteId}/targeting/domain/create.do`

Creates a referrer domain targeting rule for the specified site. The rule matches ad requests whose HTTP Referer header contains the specified domain string. Use INCLUDE to allow traffic only from matching domains, or EXCLUDE to block it. Returns the created targeting rule on success. Requires DOMAIN targeting permission.
