# Create site mobile carrier targeting

`POST https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/site/{siteId}/targeting/mobile-carrier/create.do`

Creates a mobile carrier targeting rule for the specified site. Accepts an array of mobile carrier names and creates a separate targeting rule for each. Use the mobile carrier values endpoint to get valid names. Requires MOBILE_CARRIER targeting permission.

| `mobileCarriers` | array<string> | no | `Kyivstar` | Mobile carrier names, spelled exactly as GET /rest-api/targeting/mobile-carrier/bycountry/values.do lists them; an unknown name answers 400 |

## Responses

- `200` — Success
- `400` — Invalid mobile carrier name
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
- `404` — Site not found
- `500` — Internal server error
