# Create zone DMP targeting

`POST https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/zone/{zoneId}/targeting/dmp/create.do`

Creates a DMP audience segment targeting rule. Pick the DMP from /targeting/dmp/values and the segment from /targeting/dmp/{dmp}/segments. Enables the zone's targeting if it was off. Requires UPDATE permission on the zone's site, MANAGE_SUPPLY_PRE_TARGETING, PRETARGETING_DMP and the DMP's own permission.

## Responses

- `200` — Success
- `400` — The segment does not exist or belongs to another DMP
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
- `404` — Zone not found
- `500` — Internal server error
