# List blocked entities

`GET https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/blocked/entities.do`

Returns all blocked advertiser and placement targeting rules (BLOCKED_ADVERTISERS and BLOCKED_PLACEMENTS target types with EXCLUDE rule) visible to the authenticated user. The results are filtered to exclude deleted entities (banners, campaigns, advertisers, placements). If the user has full INVENTORY VIEW permission, all blocked entities across the system are returned. Otherwise, results are scoped to only the advertisers and sites shared with the user. Each result includes the target rule details along with associated banner, campaign, advertiser, placement, and site information.

## Responses

- `200` — JSON array of blocked entity target objects with associated entity details
- `400` — Bad request — invalid or missing parameters
- `401` — Authentication error - invalid hash, timestamp, or username, or no signed-in user
- `403` — Forbidden — insufficient permissions
