# Delete a video file of an Advanced Local Video(s) banner

`DELETE https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/banner/{bannerId}/vast/media-files/{mediaFileId}.do`

Removes one video file from the banner. An uploaded file is erased from storage; a media library file stays in the library. Needs the Advanced Local Video(s) permission and update rights on the banner's advertiser.

## Responses

- `200` — The banner's remaining video files
- `400` — Not an Advanced Local Video(s) banner
- `401` — Authentication error
- `403` — The Advanced Local Video(s) permission is off, or no update rights on the banner
- `404` — The banner does not exist, or the file is not one of its video files
