DEPRECATED: Use DELETE /rest-api/action/{key}/delete instead. Deletes a conversion action by its action key, exactly like the key-only endpoint. The campaignId path variable is accepted for backward compatibility but is not used -- the action is looked up and deleted by key only. The action is marked deleted, as in the console: it disappears from listings and its key answers 404 afterwards. Built-in (shared-by-default) actions cannot be deleted. The deletion is logged to the action log.
