Welcome to the Epom Ad Server help center

How this help center is organized and where to start depending on your role and goal.

Concept network manager publisher advertiser admin

Epom Ad Server lets you run advertising campaigns on your own inventory: you create advertisers, campaigns and creatives on the demand side, sites, zones and placements on the supply side, link the two, put an ad tag on a page, and read the results in Analytics. This help center covers every part of that flow in the new interface.

Where to start

  • You operate the whole network (you create both demand and supply): start with the network manager quick start — it walks the full path from an empty account to a served ad and its first analytics rows.
  • You are a publisher (you own sites and want to monetize them): follow the publisher quick start.
  • You are an advertiser (you run campaigns on someone else’s network): follow the advertiser quick start.
  • You administer the network (users and roles, white-label, DSP partners, system settings): start with the Admin area map.
  • You are about to launch real traffic: run through the go-live checklist first.
  • You just want to find your way around the interface: take the UI tour — tabs, trees vs. grids, search, the command palette and personal display settings.

Networks differ

These guides describe the whole product. What your own network makes available depends on how your network administrator and Epom have set it up, so a page here may describe something your account does not show. That is normal and not a fault. The playbook for your kind of account describes what you can expect to have: publisher, advertiser, network manager.
