Get banner weights on placements

Lists the placements where the banner is served with its own weight instead of its banner weight, each as {placementId, weight}.

Lists the placements where the banner is served with its own weight instead of its banner weight, each as {placementId, weight}. Every other linked placement uses bannerWeight. Within a campaign the ad server picks among the banners linked to a placement in proportion to these weights. Requires VIEW on the banner's advertiser and the MANAGE_PLACEMENT_WEIGHTS and MANAGE_BANNER_WEIGHT permissions (enabled or read-only).
