List placement ad-serving domains

Returns the ad-serving domains the placement's tags and URLs may be generated on — the values servingDomain accepts on every placements/update operation, as the console's Domain picker offers them.

Returns the ad-serving domains the placement's tags and URLs may be generated on — the values servingDomain accepts on every placements/update operation, as the console's Domain picker offers them. servingDomain is the one in use: the stored domain, or the first offered when none is stored. editable tells whether the caller may change it, which takes the INVOCATION_CODE_DOMAIN permission and UPDATE access to the placement's site. Requires VIEW access to the placement's site (ALL, or SHARED with a share on the site).
