Deletes a creative template by ID.

POST https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/template/delete.do

Deletes a creative template by ID. The template cannot be deleted if it is set as the default affiliate template in network preferences. Requires DELETE permission on templates.
