Get campaign weights on placements

Lists the placements where the campaign competes with its own weight instead of its campaign weight, each as {placementId, weight}.

Lists the placements where the campaign competes with its own weight instead of its campaign weight, each as {placementId, weight}. Every other placement uses campaignWeight. On a placement the ad server first picks a campaign in proportion to these weights within the delivery priority tier, then a banner of it. Requires VIEW on the campaign's advertiser and the MANAGE_PLACEMENT_WEIGHTS and MANAGE_CAMPAIGN_WEIGHT permissions (enabled or read-only).
