Enable campaign competitors

Switches competitor separation on for the campaign: its banners are not served on the same page as banners of its competitor campaigns.

Switches competitor separation on for the campaign: its banners are not served on the same page as banners of its competitor campaigns. Linked competitor campaigns the caller may also manage are switched on with it; competitors of other advertisers the caller has no share on are left untouched. Requires the COMPETITOR_CAMPAIGNS permission and UPDATE access to the campaign's advertiser.
