Delete per-action limits

Permanently deletes one or more per-action conversion limit objects identified by their IDs for the specified entity type and entity ID.

Permanently deletes one or more per-action conversion limit objects identified by their IDs for the specified entity type and entity ID. Once deleted, the affected actions will no longer have independent conversion caps and ad serving for those actions will be uncapped. The entity ID is required to verify ownership and permissions before deletion; every id must be a limit of that entity, otherwise nothing is deleted. The entity type must be one of BANNER, CAMPAIGN, ADVERTISER, PLACEMENT, or SITE.
