Set site CPM thresholds

Sets or updates the CPM threshold configuration for the specified site.

Sets or updates the CPM threshold configuration for the specified site. The request body is a JSON object containing a default cpmThreshold value and an optional array of per-country CPM thresholds (ISO 3166 country code to threshold value mappings). Existing per-country thresholds are replaced entirely. Requires ENABLED level on both MANAGE_PRICING and CPM_PRICING_TYPE permissions.
