The Questions That Come Up on Every Call

01

Can Epom replace Campaign Manager 360 for my agency?

Mechanically, yes. Host the creatives in Epom, give each publisher or DSP its own tag — JS, iframe, URL or VAST — and track impressions, clicks and conversions in one place, with frequency caps across all of them. CM360 keeps three advantages: Floodlight conversions feed DV360 and SA360 bidding, it has cross-device and modeled conversions, and publishers and holding companies already reconcile billing against its numbers.

02

Do I still need gambling certification?

On DV360 and Google Ads, yes — per country. Epom imposes no category policy, but your licence and each market’s advertising law still apply.

03

Does our conversion data stay ours?

Yes. Campaign and conversion data stay in your Epom account, never shared with other clients or sold. White-label setups can run on dedicated servers.

04

How do we stop paying premium-market prices for traffic from somewhere else?

Combine geo with browser language and local time, and serve only where all three match your licensed market. A site reporting Dutch traffic with a Bangladeshi time zone no longer gets your Dutch creative. Exclude proxy and VPN traffic too, so players routing around market restrictions do not count as your market.

05

Can we retarget players who registered but did not deposit?

Yes, and exclude players who already deposited from acquisition ads. Targeting your CRM list needs a one-time mapping of player IDs to Epom IDs; raw email or phone lists cannot be matched.

06

Can we track deposits without custom development?

Yes. Place one pixel snippet on your registration and deposit pages and pass the deposit value — that covers the whole funnel. Server-to-server postbacks are there when your team is ready for them.

07

Can we run dynamic creative for sports betting?

Yes. Start from 50+ ready-made templates, and use macros that fill each creative from targeting and request data — the market, the language, the time of day.

08

How long after an ad does a deposit still count?

Anywhere from minutes to 255 days, set separately for clicks and views. New accounts start at 7 days after a click and 1 day after a view — extend both, because betting decisions take days.
