Get banner bid floor

Retrieves the bid floor of the specified banner: the minimum price an OpenRTB DSP banner accepts, globally ('*') and per country.

Retrieves the bid floor of the specified banner: the minimum price an OpenRTB DSP banner accepts, globally ('*') and per country. The response contains the banner ID, banner name and a bid_floors array of {country, bid_floor}; it is empty when the banner has no bid floor. Requires VIEW access to the banner's advertiser.
