Delete placement bid floor

Deletes the bid floor entry for the specified placement and country combination.

Deletes the bid floor entry for the specified placement and country combination. When the country parameter is '*', the global bid floor is not removed but reset to 0; the country bid floors stay. When a specific country code is provided, only that country's bid floor entry is removed. Requires UPDATE access to the placement's site and ENABLED level on BID_FLOOR_MANAGEMENT permission.
