Delete site bid floor

Deletes the bid floor entry for the specified site and country combination.

Deletes the bid floor entry for the specified site and country combination. When the country parameter is '*', all country-specific bid floors for the site are reset to zero. When a specific country code is provided, only that country's bid floor entry is removed. Requires both ENABLED or READONLY level on INVENTORY permission and ENABLED level on BID_FLOOR_MANAGEMENT permission.
