Get site bid floor

Retrieves the bid floor configuration for the specified site, including per-country minimum bid prices.

Retrieves the bid floor configuration for the specified site, including per-country minimum bid prices. The response contains the site ID, site name, and a bid_floors array where each entry has a country code and the corresponding bid floor value. If the site has no bid floor configured, an empty bid_floors array is returned. Requires ENABLED or READONLY level on the INVENTORY permission.
