Thousands of articles are written about programmatic. Every second post is full of terms like "programmatic ecosystem", "programmatic landscape", and other high-profile but not-so-clear buzzwords. We decided to turn this around and illustrated a circulatory system of programmatic instead.
We used arteries to carry supply from the ad exchange heart to the DSPs, veins to deliver demand requests to the SSPs, and lymphatic vessels to fuel all programmatic organs with data. The full cycle of programmatic supply lasts only 100 milliseconds. For the record: an average human heartbeat = 860 milliseconds.
