Delete preset app package

Permanently deletes a single preset application package entry by its unique ID.

Permanently deletes a single preset application package entry by its unique ID. The application package must exist or a 404 error is returned. Requires PRESET_APP_PACKAGES_GROUP_MANAGEMENT permission. The action is recorded in the audit log.
