Delete preset app package group

Permanently deletes a preset application package group along with all application packages belonging to that group.

Permanently deletes a preset application package group along with all application packages belonging to that group. The group must exist or a 404 error is returned. Requires PRESET_APP_PACKAGES_GROUP_MANAGEMENT permission. The action is recorded in the audit log.
