Disable advertiser targeting

Disables all targeting rules for the specified advertiser.

POST https://YOUR-NETWORK-DOMAIN/rest-api/advertiser/{advertiserId}/targeting/disable.do

Disables all targeting rules for the specified advertiser. Existing targeting rules are preserved but no longer evaluated during ad serving. Cannot be disabled if the advertiser has blocked entity records (blocked placements or sites). Requires UPDATE permission on the advertiser and MANAGE_DEMAND_TARGETING user permission.
