Clear preset app package group

Removes all application package entries from the specified preset group without deleting the group itself.

Removes all application package entries from the specified preset group without deleting the group itself. The group must exist or a 404 error is returned. After this operation the group will be empty. Requires PRESET_APP_PACKAGES_GROUP_MANAGEMENT permission. The action is recorded in the audit log.
