Returns the DMPs the caller may target, each as an object with dmp (the enum name to send to the DMP create endpoints) and name.

Returns the DMPs the caller may target, each as an object with dmp (the enum name to send to the DMP create endpoints) and name. Requires MANAGE_DEMAND_TARGETING or MANAGE_SUPPLY_PRE_TARGETING and TARGETING_DMP or PRETARGETING_DMP; a DMP is listed only when its own permission is granted.
