Returns the countries a country targeting rule accepts, as a JSON object of ISO country code to country name.

Returns the countries a country targeting rule accepts, as a JSON object of ISO country code to country name. Needs no entity, unlike the per-entity lookups. Requires MANAGE_DEMAND_TARGETING or MANAGE_SUPPLY_PRE_TARGETING permission.
