Get country region values for zone

Returns the available regions for a given country code as a JSON array of region names.

Returns the available regions for a given country code as a JSON array of region names. Requires UPDATE permission on the zone's site inventory and MANAGE_SUPPLY_PRE_TARGETING user permission.
